In general, cand ne gandim la diete ne apuca si plansul si foamea in acelasi timp. Este cumplit de frustrant sa nu poti manca un lucru anume. Daca este vorba ca este interzis, atunci tocmai pe acela ne vine sa il mancam. 

Dar hai sa schimbam paradigma: daca alegem alimentele din dieta pentru ca sunt cele mai gustoase, cele mai apetisante? Nu glumesc si nu vreau sa va pacalesc. Sa luam de exemplu dieta Paleo, o dieta destul de stricta – fara cartofi, fara fructe cu mult zahar. N-ai voie mandarine, n-ai voie struguri. Pai si atunci ce sa mananci?
